 We reserve the right at our discretion to make changes to prices, policies and procedures. Please check this page periodically for changes.

SCHEDULING / BOOKING

Thank you for your interest in being serviced at "LOVE BY THE LAKES". All clients are required to select a package under the " SERVICES" section. 

A 50% non-refundable deposit for scheduling/booking fee is acquired for every scheduled package. The scheduling/booking fee goes towards the total cost of the service(s) rendered.

AVAILABILITY

Appointment times are for 1 hr intervals. Monday through Friday between 7 pm and 9pm. Saturdays as requested, if applicable.

If there are no availabilities, we ask that you check back periodically to see if your desired appointment time becomes available.

PAYMENTS

Prices are standard and are subject to change based on the need of the clients.

​

Balance must be paid prior to the start of the next to the last session. 

COACHING POLICY

To ensure the personal comfort of each client and to provide the best experience for all, we ask that you adhere to the following policies below. Failure to do so will result in the sessions being cancelled and loss of fees.

· Please arrive to the appointment on time and give a courtesy call (410-598-4617) if running a little behind..

​

· DO NOT bring guests or children to the sessions.​

​

· Please try to refrain from personal calls if not an emergency.

​

· Please be sure that personal devices (cellphone, laptop, etc.) are not obstructing the flow of sessions or the comfort of you and your service provider. (We are not responsible for any damage to devices).

​

· DO NOT bring food to the sessions. There is complimentary water available to you during your appointment.

​​

· There are NO refunds, unless otherwise stated.

RESCHEDULING

Individual sessions may be rescheduled, depending on availability @ $50.00 per hour.

Additional session may be added, depending on availability @ $50.00 per hour.

CANCELLATION

Packages may be canceled up to 48 hours prior to beginning your scheduled sessions. (Once the session has started, you are responsible for the entire package fee.) 

Cancellations will result in the loss of 50% your deposit, as it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

INCLEMENT WEATAHER

In times of inclement weather, Love by the Lake’s will make every effort to serve you. Love by the Lake’s will decide on a day-to-day basis if we are able to accommodate you.

In the event that we have to cancel, with no penalty toward you, we will make every effort to contact you via telephone, text and/or email prior to you session to reschedule.
